Question 1:
After I booked my appointment, can I drop off my car earlier?

Answer:
The appointment time you booked will guarantee your car to be serviced around that time. We encourage our customers come earlier to drop off their cars. Our shop is located next to the Clarkson Go Train Station and you can take the trains after dropping off the car. If you need a rental car, please select “Car Rental Required” option when you book your appointment online. A major Credit Card is required when you come to pick up the rental car.

Question 2:
My vehicle make or model is not shown in the appointment booking page drop down list, can I still book my appointment?

Answer:
Yes, we have listed most of the imported makes and models on the page. If you cannot find your car make or model there, please call us at 905 823 8787 and we can take your appointment on the phone.

Question 3:
How do I cancel my appointment?

Answer:
If you need to cancel your appointment, we’d appreciated if you can email or call us in 12 hours advance. In case that we have to cancel your appointment, we will also give you at least 12 hours of advance notice by email or phone.

What is your business hour?

Answer:
We are open from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

What kind of payment method do you accept?

Answer:
Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Debit, Cheques(Certified Only), Cash.
